Utilising the energy and nutrient composition of food tool, some of my results were:
Total energy: 3145
Total fat: 186 D:
Total cholesterol: 1256 D::
Total sodium: completely busted</3
Of course, quite a few of the food i ate were not available there so i chose the most accurate substitute AND PERHAPS I DIDN'T QUITE EAT THAT UNHEALTHILY /hopeful
But if the tabulated results are anything to go by, I am pretty sure I will start balding by 20 years of age and have a pot belly by 25 :( SO. CUT DOWN ON THE SODIUM AND FAT AND CHOLESTEROL ETCETC.
I AM DETERMINED.
