DAY 2 ANALYSIS
THE BEAUTIFUL HEALTHY DIET PYRAMID
According to the wise pyramid, for day 2, I ate about 7 servings of carbo (GOOD), 2 servings of fruit and veggies (VERY GOOD) and about 3-4 servings of alternatives! Although these might be the maximum recommended intake, at least I'm not under eating riiiight? :D
Perhaps i could cut down own my carbo+alternative intake? Hmm. (But I love my food too much!)
