11.30: Steamed chocolate pudding   (1 of them)
11.45: Frozen pastry snacks (3 of them)
3.30: Wanton mee  (1 bowl)
7.15: Fried egg w/ corn   (3 pieces)
        :Fish          (3 pieces)
        :Kai lan     (2 servings)
        :Rice         (1 bowl)
10.00: Papaya+milk  (1 cup)


Day 2 Sept 13
6.15: Milo        (1 cup)
6:30: Steamed chinese dumpling  (1 of them)
11.35: Noodles     (1 bowl)
2.15: Noodles       (1 [more] bowl)
7.30: Beef+sliced potatos   (3 soupspoons full)
       :Soup (Barley+pear)    (1 rice bowl)
       :Rice                            (1 bowl)
10.00: Papaya+milk  (1 cup)

Day 3 Sept 14

6.30: Bread        (1 piece)
11.40: Noodles   (1 bowl)
1.20: Bread         (3 pieces)
1.25: Milo:  (2 packets [small ones])

       : Bittergourd+egg  (2 pieces)
